Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Operate an automatic Top Loader Recycle Truck or 2-Man Rear Loader Truck.
• Pick up and load residential blue box recycling materials into truck manually and transport the materials to designated disposal, transfer or recycle facilities.
• Perform daily pre and post trip inspections and report any defects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must possess a valid DZ or AZ license
• Team player with safe working habits and a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to work in various outdoor weather conditions (year round)
• Comfortable to perform physical work and repetitive/heavy lifting of various materials (up to 50 pounds) – frequent bending, twisting, turning, pushing and pulling
